Channel Business College is a service business and therefore our income is generated through advanced scheduling of time and trainers. To offset any predictable loss which may come through postponement and cancellation (which cannot be made up at short notice) we would like to bring to your attention our terms and conditions of booking

Payment:

Full payment of the fees specified is due five working days prior to the programme commencement date. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation of your registration.

Transfers/ Cancellation

If you notify our office of cancellation in writing 20 working days before the course, no fee will be levied.
The full course fee is payable by the client for cancellations made within 7 working days of the commencement of the programme date.
Bookings made within 7 working days of the programme date may not be cancelled. In such a case, point 2 (above) becomes applicable.

We will gladly transfer you once, to any date within the next 2 months, provided we are notified in writing 20 working days before the original course date.
